John Deere has opened 2008 with a new compact utility tractor powered with a Tier II compliant three-cylinder Yanmar diesel engine rated at 40.4 horsepower. The 4015 come standard with four wheel drive.
The 4015 shifts through a Twin Touch hydrostatic transmission controlled by two pedals. Power steering takes the load off tight turns, and an independent power takeoff can be engaged or disengaged at any speed, regardless of other transmission operations.
