Photo Diary: A Look at the Flood

Editor Rod Swoboda traveled around Eastern Iowa late last week and brought back a

Cedar River flows past Quaker Oats plant at Cedar Rapids - parts of houses and other debris etc., floating down the Cedar River.

Hundreds of volunteers filled sandbags for several days to shore up levees north of Burlington along Mississippi River.
