The American Wind Energy Association will hold its "Small User and Community User Windpower Conference" September 15 to 17 at HyVee Hall in Des Moines. The conference will highlight the fundamentals of generating electricity from wind, including the costs, benefits and returns of wind power. The focus of this meeting and trade who is on smaller wind turbines that can be used on livestock farms and other operations.
